By registering an Ad-Free Account on Paperdoll Heaven, you accept the following clauses in Stardoll's Membership Terms and Terms of Sale: 3 (applicable with the exception that there will be no advertisement on the Paperdoll Heaven website), 5, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 17.

The user of an Ad-Free Account will not be shown the advertisement otherwise published on the website. The Ad-Free Account also enables the user to save favorite games and play games in full size.

Time-limited Ad-Free Account subscriptions are automatically renewed. If you decide not to continue with your subscription, you may cancel at any time before the next renewal by editing your account settings. By cancelling automatic renewal, your credit card will not be charged again and your Ad-Free Account will be closed after the current paid period has expired. Unlimited Ad-Free Account subscriptions are valid for the full life-time of the Paperdoll Heaven website. No cash refunds are possible after purchase. Stardoll has the right to determine the prices on the website itself and to change them.

Stardoll has the right to cancel your Ad-Free account if you violate this agreement or if you have not paid for the Ad-Free Account.

Privacy Policy

Stardoll collects a limited amount of personal data from such persons 18 years and over that have registered an Ad-Free Account on Paperdoll Heaven. No other users on Paperdoll Heaven need to leave any personal data to Stardoll.

If you have an Ad-Free Account on Paperdoll Heaven, you can cancel your approval for handling and saving your personal data and/or approval to receive information and offers via e-mail, by editing your account settings.

Cookies

Like most other websites, Stardoll uses cookies to improve and customize your experience of the website. Stardoll does this by placing a text file in the web browser on your computer which is called a “cookie.” We keep track, for example, of how many visitors we have to the website, of which parts of the website are most popular and of your latest played games.

You can choose to deactivate the “cookie” function in your browser, but then you can not use the Ad-Free Account. The Ad-Free Account is built upon your consent to allow cookie registration. If you do not fill in the box for “Remember me” when you register or log in manually, if you deactivate or clear the cookie function in your web browser, or if you log out manually when you have used the account, the advertisement will be shown the next time you visit the website. To resolve this you have to log in manually and type your password on the website. The cookie function also enables the user of the account to see the latest played games on the website.
